Red Star Elite Week 2025 is delighted to announce that Coach Manny Bloom will fly in from the Miami for the inaugural Elite Week 2025.
Coach Bloom has had a distinguished career of over 20 years as a Head Coach in US High School Basketball and has coached over 25 NCAA Division 1 Athletes including Bronny James. He returns to Leeds for the seventh time as one of Director Newby's most-trusted international colleagues and a firm favourite with campers.
Director Matt Newby was steadfast in his belief in Coach Bloom's impact on the first ever Elite Week:
"Manny's presence at our Elite Week will give all the players an incredible experience. His coaching pedigree and commitment to the game are unrivalled with no less than 8 High School Championships in some of the biggest basketball states in the US, while presiding over the Nation's best domestic talent. Coach Bloom has continued to deliver and this season saw his Palmer Trinity squad take the district title with a 21-7 record, which is testimony to his commitment to the growth and development of the programmes he leads. Critically, we want the very best for our campers and Coach Bloom is one of the elite"
Ahead of the inaugural Elite Week Camp in 2025, Coach Bloom was excited to return to Leeds:
